How much do you charge?
Whether you are a business or individual its plain and simple, I charge $35 per hour, no hidden fees. Extra costs that might occur are if you need to purchase hosting for a website, or for prinitng materials such as paper, tshirts, magnets, etc. I track the amount of hours I spend per project to send you an accurate invoice.
Do you offer any discounts?
I do offer discounts to local businesses in Asheville. I also offer a sliding scale to perhaps individuals or starting businesses that may have a smaller budget to work with.
How can I pay you?
I accept credit cards, checks, and paypal. Check may be sent through the mail or in person. Credit cards must be swiped in person. Payments through Paypal.com can be sent without even having to meet at all. I charge 25% of the expected cost up front. So for example if I estimate a logo design to take 4 hours, 25% of $80 is $20 which would be the intial payment. The rest of the payment, $60 will then be due at the completion of the project. If the project is an ongoing service or takes longer than 2 weeks, increments of payment will be invoiced every 15 days.
Do we have to meet in person to discuss services?
No. With today’s techonology there are tons of ways we can communicate: Phone, Skype chat/video, and via email. In fact you don’t even have to be located in Asheville for us to discuss your ideas.
I am starting a business but I am not sure what I need.

Can you give me a complete website?
YES. Not only am I skilled designer but I am experienced in a variety of programming languages. I will be able to customize your website to suit your needs. Need a blog? Need a photo/video gallery, tag cloud, news archive, or image slider? Don’t know what half those things mean and need someone to explain them to you? I can help!
How will I be able to edit my website?
Your website will be built on a CMS (Content Management System) platform. This allows for quick and easy edits without needing to know any html. You will be able to add/edit pages, upload images/video, as well as update your own blog.
What type of files do I get?
During the design process, lower quality jpegs will be sent back and forth to discuss changes on the design. Once the project is completed and the full amount due is paid, you will receive all the necessary file types you need including the original files which could later on be edited by other designers as well if needed.
